Air Attack Captain – Relief @ Ramona AAB 1988 – 1998 . Air Attack Captain @ Ramona AAB 1999 – 2003 Retired Annuintant – ATGS @ Ramona 2006 – 2011
Most Interesting Calls : 1978 Northern California fire seige as a Dozer/Division Boss on the Pondosa and Scarface Fires, August 18 thru September 30. NorCal lighting seige on the Lassen & Klamath NF August 21 thru October 3rd, 1987? 1988 – Situation Unit leader with Gallegos Type I USFS Fire Team to Montana and Wyoming from August 14 thru September 24. Finished assignment on the Bridger-Teton NF south of Yellowstone NP. 1994 ATGS relief for USFS from Cascade, Idaho on the Chicken & Thunder Complex fires, from August 27 thru October 7th. 1997 Earthquake in Orange County as SisStat Unit Cedar Fire 2003 – Initial attack ATGS with two air tankers the first morning of this fire @ 100,00 acres and running hard.
